Except eBay’s buyer protection, we also offer money back guarantee in these cases:
a. when the item is defective
b. when the item is not as described
c. when the item not as ordered.
In that cases we either fully refund the buyer, or send an other new item free of any charge.
To fully refund a buyer that already received the product, the buyer must send the defective or not proper item back to us. The return shipping cost is being paid fully from us, after the buyer email to email@example.com, the post office receipt with tracking number and cost.
We accept shipments only via plain post services like USPS etc in standard international rates and fees. We do NOT accept eBay return system or courier services like UPS, DHL etc.
Money back guarantee can also cover long delays of initial shipment. If we do not ship the product on date we agreed we fully refund you.
